Hello! My name is Jennifer Ozomaro. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and run my group practice, Seeds of Growth Counseling. I support navigating through life's transitions and helping you get unstuck. I like to work collaboratively with my clients to help them gain more control, understand their feelings, and set achievable treatment goals for the future.
I have experience working with various individuals, including youth, adults, couples, and families. My specialties include coping with depression and anxiety, understanding complex traumas, challenging negative thinking, relationship distress, dysfunctional family distress, attachments, and mindfulness.

Amber Alderson, APCC
Hello! My name is Amber Alderson, and I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with five years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups. I am passionate about working with those struggling with a lack of self-love/self-compassion, anxiety, depression, and transitions in life. I also have a calling to work with those with trauma backgrounds struggling to live a life they consider worth living.
I enjoy helping foster the individuality and unique qualities within each person, helping them tap into their strengths to live authentically. My therapeutic approach is integrative, though I typically lean towards a cognitive behavioral approach. Most importantly, I strive to meet each individual where they are in life and work with them collaboratively to meet one’s goals.

Hey there! I'm Skylar Rossy (pronouns: he/him/his), an Associate Clinical Social Worker. I have extensive experience working with unhoused folks, foster youth, adults, crisis, in-patient psychiatry, LGBTQ+ individuals, transitional-age youth, and older adults.
My focus is on trauma-informed and gender-affirming care. I take a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating mindfulness and person-centered techniques, feedback-informed treatment, narrative therapy, and play therapy.
My goal is to support folks through their journey with self-empowerment and growth as we navigate difficult emotions and life stressors together.

Ciara Swan, Psy.D Intern
Hi! My name is Ciara Swan (pronouns: she/her; they/their). I am a counseling and psychology doctoral student completing practicum hours under direct supervision from a licensed practitioner. I have experience using art therapy to support transitional-aged youth struggling with substance abuse.
I have a keen interest in cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. However, my integrative therapeutic approaches will be mostly person-centered to increase clients’ autonomy and abilities to direct their healing.
