We are located in Sacramento, CA, where we see clients in person and virtually.

We also serve clients virtually throughout California. 

Licensed Therapist's fees are $175 hr for Individual Therapy and $250 for Couples and Family Therapy.

Associate Therapist's fees are $130 hr for Individual Therapy and $160 for Couples and Family Therapy.

Pre-graduate Student Therapist's fees are $40 hr for Individual Therapy and $60 for Couples and Family Therapy

Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors are therapists accumulating hours toward licensure.  States have different requirements to be licensed therapists, and these individuals are on the way to becoming one!

Associate Therapists accept MHN Healthnet, Blue Shield CA, Magellan, Aetna,  Optum, and Cigna insurance.

Therapy appointments are generally 45-60 minutes. for individual appoitments, and 60-90 mins for couples/family appointments.
